What inspired you to start a YouTube channel?
I started my YouTube channel because I wanted to share my passion for cooking and Korean/Asian cuisine with the world.
What is your favorite dish to make?
That's a tough question, but I would have to say Korean BBQ! It's so flavorful and always a crowd-pleaser.
What is your favorite ingredient to cook with?
I love using gochujang, a Korean chili paste. It adds so much flavor and depth to any dish.
Can you recommend a good beginner dish for someone new to cooking Korean cuisine?
Absolutely! I would recommend trying to make bibimbap, it's a delicious and easy-to-make Korean rice bowl.
What do you hope people take away from your channel and your recipes?
I hope to inspire people to try new things in the kitchen and to not be intimidated by cooking. I also hope to share my Korean culture and cuisine with the world.
Do you have any other hobbies aside from cooking?
Yes, I love to travel and explore new cities and cultures. I also enjoy spending time with my family and my dog.
What advice do you have for aspiring content creators?
My advice would be to stay true to yourself and your passions. Create content that you are passionate about and that you would want to watch yourself. And most importantly, have fun with it!
What are your future plans for your channel and your brand?
I plan to continue creating content on my YouTube channel and to expand my brand through partnerships and collaborations with other creators and brands. I also hope to continue growing my cookbook and merchandise sales.

Don't be afraid to taste as you cook, and don't be afraid to experiment with seasonings and spices! Cooking is all about finding your own flavor.
