What does ASMR stand for?

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It's a sensation that some people experience in response to certain triggers, such as soft sounds or gentle touch.

Why do you make ASMR videos?

I started making ASMR videos to help people relax and fall asleep. I know how hard it can be to get a good night's sleep, and I wanted to provide a safe and calming space for people to unwind.

How long have you been making ASMR videos?

I've been making ASMR videos since 2012, so almost 10 years now! It's been an amazing journey, and I've learned so much along the way.

Do you have any tips for falling asleep?

Yes! My tips for falling asleep include creating a calming bedtime routine, avoiding screens before bed, and practicing deep breathing or meditation. You can also try listening to relaxing music or ASMR videos, like mine!

What's your favorite sound to use in your videos?

I love using gentle tapping sounds, especially on glass objects. I find the sound very soothing and calming.

Do you have any other hobbies besides making ASMR videos?

Yes! I love spending time outdoors, hiking, and practicing yoga. I also enjoy reading and learning new things.

Where do you get your inspiration for video ideas?

I get inspiration from a variety of sources, including my own experiences, viewer suggestions, and collaborations with other ASMR creators. I'm always looking for new and innovative ways to help people relax and feel good!

What's your favorite thing about making ASMR videos?

My favorite thing is hearing from viewers who tell me that my videos have helped them in some way. Knowing that I'm making a positive impact on people's lives is incredibly rewarding.
