Amazon is beloved worldwide for its fast service and wide array of products, supplying customers with everything from gaming systems to groceries at the touch of a button. However, if you've bought three products in particular from the retail giant, experts say you should stop using them immediately due to the serious safety threat they may present. Read on to discover which Amazon-exclusive products are being recalled and what you should do if you have them at home.

On June 30, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced the recall of approximately 900 SIORO 100 percent cotton long-sleeved, hooded children's robes sold in brown, dark gray, green, light blue, navy, plum, teal, and white.

The robe, which was sold exclusively on Amazon between Dec. 2020 and April 2021, retailed for between $24 and $29. If you have this robe at home, you can contact SIORO at [email protected] or the Sioro website to obtain information about returning the robe and getting a full refund.

On the same day as the robe recall, the CPSC announced the recall of approximately 8,000 children's nightgowns from Auranso Official, which were sold exclusively on Amazon, as well.

The nightgowns were sold between Jan. 2021 and June 2021 for between $11 and $19 and came in both long- and short-sleeved styles in a number of prints. If you have the recalled nightgowns at home, stop using them immediately and call Auranso Official toll-free at 833-253-6448, email [email protected], or visit the recall page on the Auranso Official website.

Auranso Official isn't the only brand that's had its children's nightgowns recalled this week. On June 30, the CPSC also announced that approximately 4,900 children's nightgowns from clothing manufacturer Booph had been recalled, too. The recalled nightgowns come in 10 styles and were sold exclusively on Amazon for between $9 and $16 from March 2021 to June 2021. If you have these nightgowns at home, stop using them immediately and contact Booph at 833-866-6743, via email at [email protected], or visit the recall page on the Booph website.

All of the recalled garments violated federal flammability standards.

According to guidance published in 2016 by the CPSC, children's sleepwear must meet strict criteria regarding flammability. While the U.S. standards for children's sleepwear do not require the products to be flame-retardant, everything from the length of sleeves to the type of trim allowed on these garments must adhere to strict standards that the recalled Amazon products failed to meet.

In each of the recall notices regarding the affected items, the CPSC states that the products "[pose] a risk of burn injuries to children" due to their failure to meet these flammability standards.
