Ice-T Reveals He's Never Eaten This Food, Internet Totally Freaks Out
You know it's the Friday before a three-day-weekend when we're all talking about the fact that rapper and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star Ice-T (real name Tracy Lauren Marrow) has never eaten a bagel.
Yes, friends, it's true. No poppyseed bagels, no everything bagels, no cream cheese with lox for this man. No bagels at all.
He made the big reveal on Twitter after a fan asked him why his character, Odafin "Fin" Tutuola, on SVU, was eating a cinnamon raisin bagel—widely accepted to be the worst kind of bagel—in an episode of the show.
His response?
Lol.. That's what they wrote…

So then the fan asked him what his favorite kind of bagel really was, which is when he made the big reveal.
Lol. I've never eaten a Bagel in my life…

Fans were in shock. But he had one on the show! More than one! We have evidence.
In SVU season 5 episode 7 title "Choice" you are clearly seen at 14:53 chewing and swallowing what appears to be an "everything" bagel with cream cheese while investigating a suspect drinking her unborn child to death. Yes, I am white but what matters is I'm an SVU super fan.

Apparently, television is not real life.
Lol. TV is make believe.

His bagel tweet went viral and, soon, everyone was talking about it so much he had to write a follow-up tweet in which he told everyone to stop losing their minds because he's never eaten a bagel.
There are currently over 1.5k comments to this tweet, most of which are mocking memes and gifs.
That's so strange I only listen to your albums on my bagel.

Though he got some excellent burns in himself.
That's because you have no life..
— ICE T (@FINALLEVEL) November 9, 2018
Then he dropped another bomb: he's also never had coffee (which is probably for the best because apparently coffee can give you cancer and it's also possible to die of a caffeine overdose). But, can we really believe him?
I've never drank a cup of Coffee ☕️ either… Go CRAZY!!!
— ICE T (@FINALLEVEL) November 9, 2018
Also, of course someone had to respond with the obvious joke.
That's because you prefer "iced tea." Haha. I'm only joking.

The whole controversy is reminiscent of the the moment Kylie Jenner blew the Internet's minds by revealing she, an adult woman, had only just tried adding milk to cereal for the first time.
